It's easy to configure your Reactor-Ready Flex

1. Select Framework

Start by selecting one of two Reactor-Ready Flex frameworks:

• Reactor-Ready Flex Pro – Feature-rich for maximum flexibility and rapid vessel exchange. Ideal for saving space, time and money with a single workstation, as you can swap vessels in minutes and without tools to suit multiple projects or scales.

• Reactor-Ready Flex Starter – A streamlined option, with core functionality for more limited budgets. Ideal if you don’t need to swap vessels regularly as it retains most of the design features of the Pro configuration, minus some of the features related to rapid vessel exchange.

2. Select Vessel Kits

Reactor-Ready Flex accepts vessels from 100 ml to 5 L, which are designed for excellent heat transfer and mixing. Choose between single and vacuum jacketed vessels with 1.25:1 process geometry.

Vessel kits simplify ordering vessels and accessories. Each kit includes a temperature probe and adapter, as well as an impeller matched to the vessel, making it easy to maintain uniform mixing across the volume range.

3. Select Overhead Stirrer

Reactor-Ready Flex is compatible with any brand of overhead stirrer that accepts a 10 mm OD shaft. Radleys recommend and supply the Heidolph Hei-TORQUE range, with options to suit applications from small to large scale, and low to high viscosity.

4. Select Circulator

Paired with the appropriate circulator / thermoregulator, Reactor-Ready Flex can be temperature-controlled between –70 °C to +230 °C jacket temperature. We recommend and supply the Huber range, however Reactor-Ready Flex is compatible with any brand of circulator with the correct hoses and adapters.

5. Select Control Software

For enhanced safety, precision, and reproducibility, you can add AVA reaction control software.

AVA allows you to easily control and log multiple devices from an array of leading manufacturers and instantly create detailed reports at the end of your experiment.

6. Select Software Modules

Extend the power of AVA with optional software modules such as a pH module, Gravimetric Additions, Syringe Pump Additions, and more.

7. Select Glassware & Accessories

Finish your setup with glassware and accessories from our extensive range. Options include:

• Glassware such as condensers, funnels, adapters, reflux dividers

• Temperature probes, stirrer shafts, PTFE lids, baffles, and more

• Custom-made glass components from our expert glassblowing team
