As Head of Production at Radleys, I lead the manufacturing and production operations that support the delivery of high-quality scientific and laboratory equipment to customers around the world. With more than 30 years of experience across manufacturing, engineering, and operational leadership roles, I bring a strong track record of driving performance, developing teams, and delivering operational excellence.

Throughout my career, I have held senior leadership positions across a range of manufacturing sectors, managing complex production environments, leading business transformation initiatives, and implementing continuous improvement programmes that enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. My experience spans production management, supply chain collaboration, strategic planning, budgeting, and the successful delivery of both standard and highly customised products.

At Radleys, I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of production, ensuring that our manufacturing operations are safe, efficient, scalable, and aligned with business objectives. I work closely with colleagues across Supply Chain, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support to ensure we consistently deliver innovative products and exceptional service to our customers.
