I am R&D Manager at Radleys, where I lead a multidisciplinary team developing innovative products and technologies for chemistry laboratories. My role spans the full product lifecycle, from early concept and customer-driven requirements through design, prototyping, testing and transfer into manufacture. My background is in synthetic and medicinal chemistry, with a focus on translating complex science into robust, practical laboratory platforms. At Radleys, I work at the interface of chemistry, mechanical and electronic engineering, and software, helping turn technical ideas into systems that are reliable, scalable and straightforward to support in real laboratory environments. My experience ranges from molecule-level design, through to commercial products, and I bring a systems-led approach that balances scientific performance, manufacturability and long-term usability to deliver well-designed solutions for researchers worldwide.
