I have been working with Radleys for over 11 years now, I joined Radleys with a background in administration and customer service.
My daily focus as Service Co-ordinator is to carry out all aspects of the administration associated with the service department, as well as balancing the engineers time between field work and our in-house workshop.
With service/repairs/support & installations each day is different. We are continually adapting how we manage our workload to improve efficiency and customer experience.
As the Service Team Co-ordinator I work with within a close knit team, as well as with the wider Radleys family, to offer the best service to our customers through whichever channel they chose to contact us.
Our aim is to always get it right the first time, and to constantly improve and adapt our service offering.
