I have been working with Radleys since 2008. I joined Radleys with a background in administration and customer service. My daily focus is to carry out all aspects of administration associated with the support team, as well as balancing the engineer’s time between field work and our in-house workshop. With service/repairs/support & installations, each day is different. We are continually adapting how we manage our workload & share knowledge to improve efficiency and our customers’ experience. As the Service Team Co-ordinator, I work within a close-knit team, as well as with the wider Radleys family, to offer the best service to our customers through whichever channel they chose to contact us.
