After 37 years with Radleys, including nearly 25 years as Managing Director, I am excited to have taken on the role of Chairman.

My passion for Radleys is as strong today as it has ever been. Throughout my career, I have been driven by a desire to build a business that develops great products that make a real difference.

As Chairman, my focus is on the long-term future of the business. I work closely with our Managing Director, Gemma Scott, and the Senior Management Team to shape our strategy, drive innovation, develop strategic partnerships and identify new opportunities for growth.

One thing that has never changed is my belief that our greatest strength is our people. Their expertise, commitment and passion have built Radleys’ reputation as a world-class company, and I remain incredibly proud of what we continue to achieve together.

Looking ahead, I am excited about the next chapter for Radleys. My ambition is to help ensure the business continues to innovate and grow for generations to come, while supporting the next generation of leaders as they build on the foundations first laid by my father, Bill Radley.
