I am the Technical Services Manager at Radleys, where I lead our Service, Technical Support and Custom Quotes teams. My focus is ensuring customers receive expert support throughout the lifecycle of their laboratory equipment.

With over 30 years’ experience in engineering, technical support and service management, I have spent my career helping customers solve technical challenges and get the best from their equipment. I joined Radleys more than 10 years ago as a Service Engineer, giving me first-hand experience of the demands faced by laboratories across research, development and production environments.

At Radleys, I work closely with customers, product partners and internal teams to improve service delivery and strengthen technical expertise. I am passionate about developing support processes and sharing knowledge across the team. This helps customers benefit from faster access to solutions and a consistent support experience. I combine a strong engineering background with a practical, customer-focused approach to help laboratories operate reliably and efficiently.
