I completed a Modern Apprenticeship in in Electrical and Electronic Engineering over 23 years ago in the HVAC industry.  This gave me a wide range of knowledge and qualifications, from oxy acetylene welding to PLC programming.  Several years spent in a Technical Support role also gave me an understanding of good technical customer service.  For the last 15 years I have been exclusively in the service industry.

Radleys has continued my wish to continuously advance my engineering knowledge, and I regularly attend factory-based training courses directly with our product partners. With the ever-changing requirements of the refrigeration regulations, I have also completed an F-gas City Guilds qualification.

With Radleys I have been exposed to a wide range of experiences: from repairing equipment in an actual field where explosives are tested, annual servicing in high-level clean rooms on satellite communication test equipment, to R&D laboratory equipment returned to our own in-house workshop for investigation and quotation.
