After graduating in Biomedical Sciences, I started my career working in biomedical labs at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, where I developed a strong foundation in lab techniques, precision and problem‐solving. From there, I transitioned into technical support within the biotech sector, honing my ability to translate technical detail into clear guidance and build trust with customers.

 Now, as a Technical Specialist at Radleys, I bring together my hands‑on lab experience and customer‑focused skills to support product performance and assist customers with complex technical issues to help deliver scientific solutions.
