I started my career in consumable sales for a fax service company. I then went on to install the fax machines in and around the London area. Enjoying my time getting to know the different brands of machines, I decided I wanted to be trained as an engineer, spending eight months in the workshop learning the fundamentals of fax machines. Since then I have been a photocopier engineer for 20 years, developing strong relationships with customers and providing them with strong technical support.

My last role was as a production technician, building and testing various pharmaceutical products for flow and batch chemistry.

I’ve recently joined Radleys and even after a few days, it feels like I’ve been there for years. Everyone is friendly, supportive and they have a great wealth of knowledge.

I’m looking forward to getting out there to meet the customers and to give them great support and service, as they’d expect from the Radleys team.
