As chemists, the ability to operate synthesis in parallel allow SAI Life Sciences to obtain the right answers in a shorter period of time compared to traditional routes. This allows them to accelerate through their projects much quicker without any compromise. The Radleys Carousel is an effective parallel synthesis station which accommodates up to twelve reactions at a single temperature. In tandem, the synthesis station accommodates powerful stirring and reflux under an inert atmosphere.

The Mya 4 Reaction Station adds the flexibility to operate in multiple zones; with precise temperature control; active cooling; in a range of different glass vessels and scales. Having the ability to screen up to 32 reactions at four different temperatures in small vials can accelerate the early stages of a project.

As projects scale up, being able to conduct process development using glassware which starts to resemble that used downstream, adds further benefit. Reactor-Ready & Reactor-Ready Pilot jacketed lab reactors allow SAI Life Sciences to scale up in reaction vessels which mimic those used in their manufacturing plants. Ease of use and ability to change glass vessel size in under thirty minutes is highly advantageous.

In addition, when moving through to pilot scales of up to 35 L the same appearance the lab reactors and mode of operation greatly aids the operation by chemists. AVA Lab Control software adds a further level of smart automation. Not only does it allow for the automated control of a reaction to allow unattended operation, the data logging of all parameters ensures no information is missed. This data lets the chemist understand the process safety and plan for further process scale up.
