AVA Pad Reactor Controller

• Compact all-in-one reactor controller. Control any Jacketed Lab Reactor with one simple touch screen.

AVA PC Reaction Control Software

• PC-based reaction control software. Control up to 4 reactors at once.

Connect your devices

Connect up to 16 devices from leading manufacturers.

Common devices include; Circulators, Overhead Stirrers, Pumps, Balances and other sensors e.g. pH and temperature.

Configure your system

Link devices for advanced control.

• Select, assign location and rename devices
• Set or modify parameters and safety limits
• Link devices for dual control e.g. pump and balance for gravimetric additions

Control your reactor

Choose between two control options for your reactor:

Manual Control

• Direct control with tracked changes.
• Make changes as you go, while AVA records what you do, as you do it.

Schedule Control

• Automate your process from start to finish.
• Create ramps, plateaus and timed actions.
• Define step end conditions and assign safety feedback loops e.g. control addition by process temperature.

Collect your data

See your data clearly and easily with automated data logging of all process parameters.

• View real time data and graphs, defining what you want to display
• Zoom in to inspect results closely
• View the event log and add comments

Create and share your results with detailed reports in just a few clicks.
