What cable do I need to connect my Stirring Hotplate to a Data Hub and AVA?

The following models have been discontinued, but cables are still available as spare parts:

• Radleys Carousel Connect Stirring Hotplate – correct RS232 cable is RR91237.
• Carousel Advanced model – correct RS232 cable is RR91234.

The current AVA-compatible hotplate is Hei-PLATE Mix ‘n’ Heat Ultimate (135mm or 145mm), with RS232 cable 14-007-040-72.
