The labs were using a variety of traditional, custom made reaction systems for their processes. These systems were inflexible and inconvenient when the users needed to change vessels for each project. And some set-ups were not suitable for the range of reactions needing to be undertaken.

To undertake a wider range of experiments with different sample sizes in a flexible system, to save space and time. Also to improve user safety.

Reactor-Ready provided the users with a single, convenient framework that accepts vessel sizes from 100 ml to 5 litres (Reactor-Ready Pilot 5 to 20 litre). Allowing user to rapidly exchange vessel depending on the specific needs of each project.

Users particularly liked the ‘tool-free’ Peek hose couplings, which significantly reduced the risk of vessel breakage when loading and unloading vessels.
