Situation
Had 30-40 recipe steps including control of vacuum pump, temperature, pH, pump, balance and stirrer. It was almost impossible to get the required repeatability by manual methods.
Objective
Improve control and repeatability of complex recipes and improve safety

- Complex recipes can be very simply written using Radleys Lab control software
- Automated control of vacuum pump, temperature, pH, pump, balance and stirrer
- Uses feed back from all sensors as end points for recipe steps
- Uses ‘limits’ as safe conditions
- Achieves high vacuum when stirring at 250 rpm
