You will lead product development and product improvement projects for our chemistry productivity tools. This role provides a dynamic environment, collaborating with experienced engineers and scientists to create products that advance chemical research. You will be an experienced engineer in industrial or R&D environments, skilled in delivering projects on time and to budget. You will have expertise in mechanical design, an understanding of electronic design, strong knowledge of SolidWorks and an in-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and materials. You will be a strong communicator, able to present ideas and project updates at all levels within the company. Expect a varied role that includes concept development, detailed CAD, prototyping, testing, supplier engagement and preparing accurate engineering documentation. Why Join Radleys?
