The Role:We are looking for a Facilities & Maintenance Coordinator to help us ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our site, including building maintenance and repairs, IT & telephone support and health & safety admin. You are likely to have a strong background in building maintenance, repairs or facilities work in a hands-on environment. You will be physically fit and comfortable carrying out minor repairs and practical tasks, and have experience working with contractors and managing their visits. You will be familiar with basic IT equipment, telephone and first-line troubleshooting. Exposure to health and safety processes is an advantage. This is a part-time role designed to offer consistent facilities & maintenance support. The successful candidate will work across multiple days each week, ensuring a regular presence and ongoing support. Exact hours are flexible and will be agreed with the individual, but we envisage a part-time commitment of approximately 4 days, over a week. Why join Radleys?
