22nd April is Earth Day.

The one day of the year when more than a billion people celebrate our planet, and encourage others to consider the environmental impact of their actions. This year, the focus is on creating better climate and environmental literacy to empower everyone with the knowledge to inspire action to protect the environment.

By making small changes, each of us has the power to make our homes, communities and work environment more sustainable. This is especially achievable in our science labs, where water and energy can easily be saved by using energy efficient products and adopting sustainable habits.
