I have been with Radleys now for over two years now and thoroughly enjoy the role that being a customer service team member brings. I have always had a passion for customer service and have been in similar roles for 9 years. I feel a great reward if I am able to make our customers’ experience as seamless as possible.
The customer service role can be varied, however the most important aspect of my job in being there to support our customers by answering any questions and queries, either on the phone or by email. Some other tasks that my job entails is processing orders, raising quotations, and arranging delivery of goods.
