I started working in the service industry in 1975 as a trainee typewriter mechanic where I gained both mechanical and electrical experience. Over the years I have worked at companies specialising in all aspects of office equipment repair and maintenance, moving into dealer support and the training of engineers for a major manufacturer.

Since joining Radleys in 2002 I have completed numerous City and Guilds and manufacturers own technical training courses, including Heidolph, IKA and Huber. Having been involved in the service industry for many years I have an excellent understanding of what is required from a successful service department. Working with a knowledgeable and dedicated team of people within the Radleys organisation allows us to provide the best service and customer support that we can.

Radleys has grown considerably since I started my career here, and with that the service role has evolved to include both UK and worldwide installations. As no two installations or repairs are the same, this makes for an exciting and challenging role from day to day.
