I manage the Technical Support team at Radleys. We help end users, international distributors and colleagues. It's great to represent a company with such high-quality products.

After achieving a starred first-class degree in biochemistry, I worked as a laboratory scientist before specialising in scientific technical support.  I joined Radleys in 2013.

In Technical Support, we recommend parts/products/systems to fulfill customers’ requirements, explain product features, give usage and maintenance advice, investigate and resolve issues, identify spare parts, create technical resources, and prepare custom quotations. We are passionate about giving the best possible customer service – going the extra mile.
