  • The GreenHouse Classic’s removable reaction block holds 24 x 12mm Ø glass reaction tubes in the same footprint as a standard micro titer plate, allowing simple and rapid transfer of samples to and from micro titer plates with a multi-channel pipettor
  • Each reaction tube has a typical reaction volume of 0.3ml to 3ml of reaction solvent, perfect for small scale optimization and library production. For reaction volumes from 0.5ml to 7ml please see the new GreenHouse Plus
  • The GreenHouse simultaneously performs heated, cooled and stirred reactions for guaranteed reproducibility
  • Water cooled Reflux Head with nickel condensing fingers provides highly effective refluxing within all 24 individual glass reaction tubes, and features quick release connectors for drip free connection/disconnection
  • For cooled or ambient temperature reactions where refluxing is not required, a separate Additions Head can be used which features individual Silicone Seal septa for the addition of reagents to individual reaction tubes whilst under inert conditions.
  • Fits on a standard Carousel or IKA hotplate stirrer or similar, utilising existing and readily available technology. The single rotating magnetic field vigorously stirs individual PTFE magnetic bars in each of the 24 glass reaction tubes ensures parallel stirring
  • Heats evenly all 24 glass reaction tubes using a Carousel stirring hotplate from ambient to +150°C with an accuracy of +/-0.5°C providing precision control
  • Optional – Cooled reactions to -70°C are achieved using the cooling reservoir. The removable cooling reservoir fits between the stirrer and GreenHouse assembly, allowing simultaneous stirring and cooling
